1. 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The baby product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.

  • The product should not be damaged due to misuse.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby care items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used baby hygiene products

  • Innerwear or personal care products

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • A wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank account details for refund processing.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • In case of damaged or wrong product delivery, BabyCareHomes will bear the return shipping cost.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation fee.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.


7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges subject to product availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days.

  • Exchange is applicable only for size issues or damaged items.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, refund will be processed instead.
